Manufacturing Capability
We have continually invested in new equipment to drive the business to remain competitive and have adopted the latest technology where appropriate for machinery, metrology equipment, tooling and software, this has enabled us to remain competitive in a global market. We have ongoing programmes for the training and development of staff, as well as a number of lean and continuous improvement programmes running throughout the factory.
We operate a range of stock control systems for customers and operate long term agreements for the supply of scheduled components. We are always looking to improve performance and efficiency in all areas of the company.
The Rotamic Engineering premises include the following capabilities:
CNC Turning
We use various CNC Turning machines to produce components from bar up to a diameter of 78mm and machine from billet diameters up to 280mm Ø (11"). To ensure quality and on-time-delivery we manufacture exclusively in-house thereby being able to control quality and delivery to meet our customer requirements. Where there is an opportunity to manufacture components outside our existing capability we will invest to meet the requirement.
