The Rotamic Engineering philosophy of investing in the latest technology for machinery, tooling and software has enabled it to grow and stay competitive with the global market. We have a regular programme of investment and training to ensure that we remain at the forefront in our field.
We operate a range of stock control systems including JIT, Kan Ban, Pull Control and EBan, holding stock for you and arranging delivery at a time that is most convenient for you. We insist on the highest standards for our business. Our manufacturing processes and materials are all fully traceable and we are fully compliant with environmental, health & safety and risk assessment directives.
The Rotamic Engineering premises include the following facilities:

- Various CNC Turning machines able to produce components from a bar diameter of 2mm up to 78mm and to machine components from billet diameters up to 200mm Ø (8”). We are also able to out-source machining up to 12” Ø under our quality assurance umbrella

- Various CNC Milling machines able to machine small batch and high volume parts on multi pallet machines with chick vices
